I love creating a fun work environment. A huge passion of mine is helping my teams improve in the areas of opportunity. I am a very engaged leader who loves to coach and train associates. I am a very hard-working, dedicated individual!I have had the honor of receiving the District Manager of the year award and have ran best comp increases (was a top gun district winner for two years running the urban Chicago market)While in the military, I left no soldier behind in missions and was awarded the soldier of the cycle award. (Best in class) I also had the honor to unveil a school in honor of the First Lady, Laura Bush, (she was present in the ceremony while I was part of NATO and deployed to Kosovo) due to the good grades that I was achieving while in the University of Maryland. I am a huge believer of life is too short so let’s make it the best!
