- Administrative Management: Oversee and manage the administrative functions within the HR department, including timesheet processing, contract management, and employee records. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling inquiries, concerns, and disputes to maintain a positive work environment. Foster open communication channels between employees and management to address issues promptly and effectively.- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, processing final paperwork, and updating records.- Development & Training Pathways: Initiated and established a dedicated communication channel for employees to request and explore professional development and training opportunities. Actively assist employees in identifying growth paths and coordinating relevant training programs to enhance their skills and career progression.- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR processes and documentation meet company standards and legal requirements, including maintaining up-to-date records and preparing reports for management review.

- Posting job advertisements on various job portals to attract suitable candidates;- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with candidates;- Leading selection interviews and managing the entire recruitment process, liaising with both candidates and clients;- Preparing detailed candidate profiles and presenting them to interested clients (both existing and potential);- Drafting employment contracts and extensions, processing terminations, and handling mandatory communications with relevant authorities;- Independently managing all aspects of worker assignments, including regular daily administration and resolving any issues in collaboration with client companies;- Entering and verifying hours worked by approximately 60-70 employees and submitting them to the payroll system;- Maintaining regular contact with client companies: providing daily updates and discussions on the progress of ongoing recruitment efforts.
