Customer service by phone or in person and receives orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service. Fills out order forms, determines charges for service requested, and inserts data into information system. Solicits sale of new or additional services. Adjusts complaints of any concern, files and/or creates patient records. Checks insurance eligibility on all patients and determines order processing. Works with doctors and insurance companies on a daily basis renewing all prescriptions and prior authorizations to continue services on all patients.
