Also, hold the role of Investment Committee Secretary.• Ability to expand 60% the installed capacity in order to allocate additional $25M USD business (existing $47M USD supported by 11 distribution channels) FY2018, through the re-engineering of Open Architecture services which included the creation of operational flows as well as the design and operation for the compliance matrix. • Led the launch of 7 new mutual funds with a value of $110M USD FY2017 generating revenues for $50K USD in that year and delivering savings for $40k USD through the application of the 2014 Financial Reforms.• Led the project of “Mutual Fund´s Factory”, for attending the segment of 3rd party advisors for mutual funds in order to increase the AUMS in $50M USD and generate revenues valued of $550K USD FY2017.• Successfully prevented a net profit loss of $6M USD for FY2018 by avoiding to enter into a State of Dissolution and liquidation of the funds, while leading the Mexican Financial Reform project for Fund Managers.

• Led the teamwork Service Quotas’ negotiations between 2011-2013, achieving cumulative record savings up to 36% on Fees in securities market´s list, 8% on Auditing services and 4% on Technology assistance.• Led the expansion in the range of Equity Intermediaries, increasing it in 300% in 1 month, allowing managers to access to financial advice services without additional costs, and rendering saving of $10M USD/Yr.• Accurate management of 2012 Expenses Budget vs Real, reaching just a 0.02% deviation, which prevented operational penalties of $¼M+ USD and supported the market confidence on the NAV benchmarks.

• Led the design and implementation of the 1st initiative in the market for splitting mutual funds’ capital into different classes of shares, becoming the leader in the market with a growth of 1,180% for the following 10 years and AUMS of $386B USD as of May/2013.• Co-leadership in the operational implementation of 4 new own int’l mutual funds (securities-based in Luxemburg, France and USA) in a record time of 1 year, taking the firm to become the 1st on launching these products into the Mexican market, with annual revenues of $218M USD FY 2013.• Savings up to 1.86% on payroll expenses and 7.82% in other kinds of expenses in 2007.• Reduced Back-Office’s timelines in 25% through the implementation of digital initiatives, generating “space” for allocating new business projects with a value of $8.2M USD/Yr.• Key team member in charge to launch mutual fund´s administrative and distribution services directed to int’l managers in outsourcing model.
