Responsible for CTS team overseeing ensuring Clinical Trials progress during start up phase, according to sponsor guidelines and expectations but also ensuring that it is initiated, recorded and reported in accordance with, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the applicable Regulatory requirements. Responsible for adequate resourcing client projectsEnsuring CTS performance meets both the business and their own personal goals.Guiding /Coaching CTS. Ongoing training, career development and CTS processes. Including training and mentoring of junior staff.Provide expertise and consultation to project teams and internally guidance Liaison with International teams and local Sponsor teamsResponsible for guidelines implementation, methods standardizations, quality control, assuring accomplishment of good clinical practices in the start up unit.

Implements strategies to ensure timely subject recruitment. Responsibilities in clinical trial management include study budget management and identifying, assessing and contracting suppliers of Central Pharmacy and Regional Laboratory services. Performing initial submission and submission of amendment to RA and IEC, management of study supplies including IP shipment and accountability, revision of files. Training sites and supporting sites in Study Procedures, ICH and special study requirements as electronic data capture, IVRS, etc. Performing selection visits, initiation visits, monitoring and close out visits
