🇬🇧 I am a specialized translator and a cultural mediator with a BA in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation from Roma Tre University (Italy) and a MA in Translation Studies from Cardiff University (UK).I am really passionate in foreign languages and intercultural communication, as well as in mediating among cultures. When at university, I had the opportunity to work at the Front Office of the Faculty Library, having the possibility to develop the communication soft skills that are needed to approach the wide variety of clients of the library. Furthermore, while studying abroad, I could work as a translator for some illustrious clients such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, to produce a performable theatre script.This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills connected to the relationship with the client and my teamwork abilities within an international environment, ad well as my technical translation skills. I can be defined as a truly passionate, enthusiastic, ambitious and very client-oriented person, with strong communicative skills. Added values to my competencies are my teamwork, self-critique and problem-solving skills as long as my capacity to work under pressure, that I had the opportunity to master by working in an international context.🇮🇹 Sono una traduttrice specializzata ed una mediatrice culturale con una Laurea Triennale in Mediazione Linguistico-Culturale presso l'Universitá degli studi Roma Tre ed un Master of Arts in Translation Studies presso la Cardiff University di Cardiff (UK). Sono molto appassionata di lingue straniere e comunicazione interculturale, così come di mediare fra culture diverse. Durante i miei studi universitari ho avuto la possibilità di lavorare presso il Front Office della Biblioteca di dipartimento sviluppando le soft skills comunicative necessarie per approcciarsi alla variegata clientela della biblioteca. Inoltre, nella mia esperienza universitaria all'estero ho avuto la possibilità di lavorare come traduttrice per importanti clienti come la Royal Shakespeare Company, realizzando uno spettacolo teatrale; rafforzando così le mie abilità di rapporto con il cliente, di teamwork in un contesto internazionale oltre che le mie capacità tecniche di traduttrice.Posso dirmi una persona realmente appassionata, entusiasta ed ambiziosa, con delle solide capacità comunicative e di cura del cliente.
