Training Specialist
Current- Improve employee engagement, performance, and effectiveness by delivering high-value, on-target training programs.
- Lead the development, curation, and delivery of employee ongoing training programs for the firm.
- Define training goals based on learner survey data, employee performance data, and business objectives in collaboration with senior executives.
- Leverage the firm’s learning management system (LMS) to full advantage, using it for KPI reporting and measurement at the macro and individual levels. Collaborate with the LMS vendor to plan and implement improvements.
- Identify and assess opportunities to advance the learning function at the firm, gathering and assimilating input from learners, stakeholders, and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver customized live and remote power skills (communication, positive disruption, & conflict management) training sessions for groups as small as 5 and as large as 220.
