I am passionate about leading from the "inside out" and work to create clarity in the vast world of human possibilities and potential. I bring my work to the world through coaching and training for organisations and individuals.The common thread running through my work is "empowering the inner leader". I strongly believe that we are all "Leaders" when we take responsibility for ourselves and the world around us through self-awareness, self-reflection, self-compassion and ownership. This further involves being prepared to work on our mindsets to maximize our impact in ourselves, our organisations, our families and our communities.I have previously worked for 15 years in the business process consulting industry where I combined business knowledge with the experience of working with people in different organisations, roles, locations, cultures and languages. I moved on from consulting to corporate training and started working with organisations to develop their people to work and lead internationally. My curiosity in the field of coaching was piqued when I started working for a global coaching company, which works with business executives globally. I now combine my consulting, training and coaching experience to see people thrive in their workplaces and in their private lives.
