My professional path was developed in Retail Industry (4 years experience in Auchan Group) and Food Industry, being a product and business manager for Cerealis Group for 15 years. Since December 2018, I've been facing a new project, in SAMECA, specializing myself in ingredients field, helping food companies better and/or develop (good) food products to face XXI century market.I shall enhance my market knowledge in various business sectors; first dairy products, then cereals market (pasta, flour, biscuits and RTE cereals) and now a little bit of everything, with special focus to meat, dairy and fish industries, negotiation capability, client dedication, product development and winner strategies for the businesses I deal with.
