I'm a Certified Holistic Child & Infant Sleep Consultant. I have over a decade of experience in government administration, but when I became a Mom in 2016 I realized I needed a change and pivoted towards pediatric sleep work. After launching my own successful practice in 2019 I saw an opportunity to join forces with Taking Cara Babies. Since that time I have been able to reach even more families globally and help them get their little ones to sleep through the night. I feel so lucky to be able to do what I do every day. In addition to my educational background, I have received my Certification as a Sleep Consultant from the International Parenting and Health Institute and continue to seek opportunities to advance my education and training in all aspects of child development and sleep.
