CurrentRetail Maintenance for clients such as PANDORA, KOALA BAY, TEDI, LEVI'S, DOCKERS, nationwide and clients like PUK, Simply Solutions in the UKResponsibilities:• Coordinate and plan the correct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for our clients.• Plan the necessary personnel and material resources for the execution of maintenance tasks.• Manage operatives, coordinating with clients, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and cost.• Prepare budgets.• Accurately record information in our database and programs, as well as in the applications used by each of our clients.• Guarantee the resolution of incidents.• Daily management of client relationships, anticipating their needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.• Monthly invoicing and analysis of the achievement of the required profitability.• Recruitment of professionals according to the service's needs.• Recruitment of administrators for different areas of the company.• Customer retention.
