Gestart als Hoofd I&A, na 3 maanden gepromoveerd naar hoofd ICT om de reorganisatie van I&A en de afdeling Digitale bibliotheek uit te voeren.In deze rol continue inspelend op de innovatieve en snel veranderende ICT dienstverlening voor de 24 locaties van de bibliotheek (400 openbare werkplekken). Verantwoordelijkheden:- Management van de drie nieuwe teams na de reorganisatie (25 FTE) • Regie (informatiemanagement en informatiearchitectuur) • Ontwikkeling (projectleiders en functioneel ontwikkelaars) • Beheer (servicedesk medewerkers, functioneel en technisch beheerders).- Informatiebeleid in relatie tot het bedrijfsplan.- Advisering en ondersteuning van de bedrijfsvoering.- ICT projectmanagement Hoogtepunten:- Succesvolle reorganisatie en een hecht team van professionals die steeds zichtbaarder zijn en goed gewaardeerd worden door de organisatie.- Implementatie Governance model. - Aansluiting op landelijk infrastructuur platform voor bibliotheken, als eerste in Nederland. Eerst voor de nieuwe website, de Nationale Bibliotheek Catalogus en het Datawarehouse; daarna verdere uitbreiding naar Identity & Access Management, Customer Relations Management. Hierbij was de nauwe samenwerking tussen bibliotheek Rotterdam en de landelijke organisatie bibliotheek.nl cruciaal.- Snelle en adequate afronding van een langlopend project “Nieuwe Publieks Omgeving” waarbij alle publiekswerkplekken op afstand beheerd kunnen worden en fysieke machines gevirtualiseerd zijn. Met een energiebesparing van 75% en alle nieuwe functionaliteit bruikbaar voor alle klanten op alle vestigingen.
