Coordinate and support the initiation, drafting, negotiation, review and approval, execution, close-out and post-evaluation of all agreements entered into by CSA Standards to ensure:• Cost-effective and efficient operation of the business;• Appropriate utilization of CSA resources;• Compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements;• Effective management of legal and business risks;• Protection of CSA intellectual property;• Timely review and approvals to secure business opportunities.

Drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts from pre to post contract award: developed and issued standard form contracts (eg: Product Sale and Warranty Terms, Distributor and Value Added Reseller Agreements, Software Licensing, Professional Services, Purchasing, OEM, Maintenance and Non-Disclosure Agreements), negotiated amendments and external contract terms; prepared contractual responses to proposals; developed processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
