• Have Established and maintained sales processes that have streamlined operations and are maximizing productivity. • Creates and arranges appointments with doctors, referral coordinators, practice administrators, hospital medical teams, etc. which may include pre-arranged meetings or regular 'cold' calling specifically to increase new patient volume. • Coordinates all physician marketing activities, which may include physician breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings, seminar presentations and hospital staff meetings. • Educates medical providers, practice staff and nurses on Chiro One’s treatments and services. These education sessions may take place in medical settings during the day but may also be conducted in the evenings or on weekends. • Meets with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments and to thank them for existing referrals. • Reengage past referring doctors or practices to establish a referral relationship. • Creates and executes physician facing email and call campaigns based on self-obtained and purchased lead lists. • Keeps detailed records of all activities and results in CRM software and coordinates tracking physician referrals along with discussing regular feedback to clinic directors regarding their physician referrals. • Develops strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and engage with contacts in the medical and healthcare sector. • Maintains strong knowledge of competition and critical differentiators of Chiro One’s treatment offerings.

• Community Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness and engagement with the target audience, including seniors, their families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. • Build relationships with local referral sources, such as hospitals, physicians, social workers, and home healthcare agencies. • Led a team of two adult day program Directors, Registered Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to boost revenue through educational presentations, both on-site and off-site, utilizing a consultative selling and marketing approach. • Referral Generation and Conversion • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and discharge planners to generate referrals for assisted living and skilled nursing care. • Senior Move Management Outreach • Home Care Outreach • Adult Day Club Outreach • Organize events, workshops, and informational sessions to educate the community about the adult day club services offered by the senior living community. • Attend community events, fairs, and networking meetings to represent the senior living community and create connections with potential partners and clients. • Data Tracking and Reporting • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, including contacts made, referrals received, and outcomes. • Track and report on the effectiveness of various outreach strategies, analyzing data and trends to inform future outreach efforts. • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding outreach initiatives, referral trends, and community engagement.
