• Developed team policies and sales procedures as well as process improvement procedures for all Global Government Client Service teams.
• Client team was first point of contact for new Debtor-in-Possession clients.
• Primary contact for Bank’s programmers in the development of new software used to service Bankruptcy Trustees.
• Developed business plan for voice response unit to service Debtor-in-Possession clients. In addition, worked with programmers and marketing to implement VRU.
• Worked with the Internal Revenue Service and created internal procedures to allow automated issuance of Tax ID numbers for new Chapter Seven Bankruptcy cases on behalf of Bankruptcy Trustees.
