At my previous position, I was service representative at Chewy, I helped pet parents find the best products and services for their furry friends. I have over 20 years of experience in customer service, data entry, and paralegal work, in various industries such as pets, medical, and credit repair. I have strong skills in problem solving, data entry, and creative problem solving, which enable me to provide excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am passionate about about helping people and also,animals and their well-being, and I enjoy working with a team that shares the same mission and values.
