About Veronica Terry Berthou

Excellent service is key for me. I want to work in a dynamic environment where I can contribute and make a difference for the client. I have worked in customer service for many years, especially with high-end international clients and focus on intercultural communication in oral and written form in Danish, English and Spanish. I have worked on the case throughout the entire process, processing the claim from the first notice to the insurance company until the moment the amount is transferred to the claimant's bank account.As a Customer Service , I have also done the translation of medical documents and others. that should be forwarded for evaluation in other internal departments. Negotiated discounts with hospitals primarily in Spain and South America. Educated new colleagues in the use of the different systems.Recently, my job at Bupa Global was eliminated due to changes in the organization. I have worked at this company for over 15 years and I thank all the wonderful people along the way who have made this journey amazing. Now I am ready to look at a new horizon and offer the best of me to your company.
