International assignment to the L&D CoE in the UK to act as an expert on Talent Management topics for a Region of 10 European countries. I was responsible for delivering leadership development projects, which involved training and coaching high-level executives, as well as the preparation of their development boards to enhance their leadership skills. I designed central learning sessions, customizing them to meet the specific needs of each country, and delivered them. Responsible for special projects: international employees´ temporary rotation program; business simulations, etc.
