Ensure all accounts in queues are worked daily. Thorough understanding of the repossession and charge off process. Recommend settlements as circumstances warrant. Negotiate value and interest to adequately protect company's interest in collateral.Monitor and follow-up on plan confirmation, Dismissal of Bankruptcy, and Discharge of Debt.
