Veronica is an award-winning filmmaker, accomplished academic, project manager and writer. She has worked within the Disability Sector for over 20 years, having served on several boards including Vice Chair with Inclusion Australia, Parent to Parent and The Chromosome 18 Registry and Research Society. She is a sessional academic within University of Sunshine Coast’s School of Law and Society, Griffith Film School and teaches inclusive filmmaking with Bus Stop Films in association with Griffith University where she completed her PhD in Disability and Media Representation.She is a founding committee member of the Sunshine Troupe Inc, a performing arts group for people with intellectual disability, where she served as President and Producer for over 12 years.
