High School Youth Ministry:-Develop, promote, and lead all youth ministry offerings for youth in grades 9-12-Coordinate and offer age appropriate Christian service opportunities.-Plan, organize, manage all aspects of, and lead mission trips, international or domestic.-Engage in youth outreach and evangelization ministry.-Plan, organize, manage all aspects of, and lead various Retreats.-Schedule archdiocesan required PCYI trainings, and lead them as necessary.-Provide opportunities for youth to come with their families to grow closer to Christ, each other, and the Our Lady of Grace community.-Maintain the Our Lady of Grace Youth Ministry Website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr pages. Young Adult Ministry:-Meet young adults where they are on the journey through relational ministry.-Collaborate with others in the Adult Ministry at Our Lady of Grace.-Develop and oversee ministry to, with, and for, young adults.-Organize monthly social and/or spiritual activities for young adults. Personnel Management:-Build and direct the core team of parishioners and staff members to co-minister together for grades 9-12 youth ministry as discipleship small group leaders who can meet youth where they are at and help them grow in their relationship with Jesus and his Church. -Help to form and enrich the volunteers in their own walk with Jesus by providing training, enrichment opportunities, and empowering them in their ministry.-Ensure that chaperones and volunteers in the assigned ministry areas have met the archdiocesan Protection of Children and Youth Initiative requirements for ministry with youth.

A part-time paid position is available for students of the CSS Center, who must be able to collaborate with each other and the other members of the staff, including the priests, the development director and other peers. The peer ministers are directly supervised by the Associate Pastor and the Faith Formation Director. The peer ministers are also responsible for advertising student activities, acting as a liaison with the College of St. Scholastica and assisting with the planning and execution of student retreats and other activities. Secondary duties include attending weekly staff meetings, being a member of the advisory council, and leading ministry opportunities. Peer ministers are role models for our student leaders and all students. Peer ministers should be active in their faith, good witnesses of the Catholic faith, and live within Church teaching.
