I graduated from WCSU in May 2020 with my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I completed my clinical internship at Danbury Hospital working in an Intensive Outpatient setting running individual, group, and family sessions with teens and young adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses. I am currently operating my own solo private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and am affiliated with a group practice, Inner Health & Healing of NY & CT.I have extensive experience in CBT, DBT, solution-focused, narrative therapy as well as working with underprivileged youth in a variety of capacities, my most recent being a case manager at Waterbury Youth Services working with teenagers aging out of the foster care system.
