Our values Trust, Relationship and Professionalism apply to our interaction with clients as well as executives.Responsibilities:- Cooperation with Partners and Senior Consultants- Responsible for execution part of assignments – defining the strategy, direct identification, sourcing, data mining, introduced new methods of social networks usage- Phone pre-screening- Prepare assessment reports, progress reports and document drafting- Maintain internal database in accordance with company standards- Performing searches across various industries, functions and Regions- Providing execution support for the firm’s Consultants on international assignments and strategic projects- Direct identification and contact with executives in middle and upper management positions- Data collection on companies and executives via phone, company websites, social networking platforms, etc.

Our values Trust, Relationship and Professionalism apply to our interaction with clients as well as executives.Responsibilities:- Analyzing the requirements of the received task/ project initiated- Understanding the role of the candidate/targeted executive in order to search for/find appropriate executives- Searching and gathering information about executives from the targeted companies- Identifying executives at Consultants/Researchers/Assistants Researchers request- Getting directly in touch with targeted companies by phone in order to find out/confirm data about the executive (contacts, job title, responsibilities)- Introducing into database (codifying) received CV's of identified executives (also codifying companies whenever necessary)- Preparing drafted assessment reports for selected candidates to be presented to the client- Coordinating with Assistants Researchers/Researchers/Consultants for an optimal, appropriate, and correct performance of the project- Managing successfully to end the project considering the deadline- Every two days reporting on project outcome- Reporting to the ERC Head and ERC Manager
