In addition to specific technical responsibilities, I also contribute to the precise implementation of dissemination initiatives’ regarding project's results through the communication plan elaboration, attendance in public events, writing and promotion of online contents via social media channels, workshops organization, website and dissemination materials (roll-up, fact-sheet, brochure) design.

My role implies a constant monitoring and a correct implementation of the project’s activities according to Gantt charts, verifying the eventual changes and applying corrective actions such as budget/activities redefinition procedures. I also perform auditing tasks in order to ensure the precise achievement of projects' goals by producing financial reports meeting the required deadlines. I follow-up the correct implementation of all administrative procedures from the involved departments, such as purchasing management, procurement, accounting and business development. Moreover, I support the writing procedure regarding innovative grant proposals for national and international calls with the aim to promote universities and industrial companies’ collaboration.
