I oversaw all marketing communications for Carrington College, including public relations, social media, internal communications, student communications and marketing automation. I developed and implemented strategic integrated communication plans, oversaw agencies and the tactical execution of programs, events and campaigns. I also managed all crisis communications for the college, supporting 21 locations.

I developed and implemented strategic external and internal communications plan designed to increase engagement from target audiences. I also managed public relations agencies, led the coordination of campus-wide events and developed an internal blog and newsletter.

I led and supported other account executives, coordinators, interns and subcontractors in public relations initiatives, marketing communications and content marketing tactics in a variety of client industries. I was responsible for developing and executing strategic integrated communications plans. My team and I earned a PRSA Bronze Anvil award for the 2011-2012 public affairs campaign, Don't Trash Arizona.

As the public relations manager of an international company boasting 12 quick-service restaurant concepts, I developed and executed PR initiatives for both traditional and new media. Focusing primarily on national consumer and business media, I secured ongoing coverage in both print and broadcast outlets for brands such as Cold Stone Creamery and Blimpie. I also coordinated corporate events, philanthropic efforts, media showcases and celebrity relations.I implemented a PR support material resource guide for franchisees across all brands. I also managed interns and an external agency.
