Current• Lead strategic sourcing of $250M+ of vendor spend; annual savings target of 8-10% in YoY GOE cost reductions; FY 2023 cost savings achieved of ~$20M amidst a high inflationary environment.• Drive category planning, team goal setting, and oversight of competitive bidding (RFx events), contract negotiations, vendor management, and reporting of cost savings.• Ensure 50+ Business Unit and Corporate Function leaders engage Procurement as a trusted advisor for sourcing needs; establish consistent meeting cadences to discuss sourcing projects, updates, pipeline opportunities, and achievements.Current Scope of Responsibilities by Geography and Sub-categories are as follows:• Global Market Data: Trading Support Products (e.g. Refinitiv), Desktop Products (e.g. Bloomberg Terminals, S&P CAP IQ), Benchmark Data (S&P, Moody’s Fitch).• Global Marketing: Advertising & Promotions (e.g. TBWA, Taylor Global, TMD), Media Planning & Buying (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta), Digital Marketing (e.g. Google), Market Research, Marketing Tech, (e.g. Medallia); Sponsorship.• Asia Pacific (APAC) Region – All Indirect Categories: Technology (e.g. Microsoft, Dell), Professional Services (e.g. Accenture), HR, Travel, Meetings, Events, Corporate Real Estate and Business Services, Marketing & Market DataManage a team of 8 across North America, UK/EMEA, and APAC; plus 2 additional outsourced matrix reports located in India.
