* Modified a prototype mobile application into a production-ready mobile application for International Center for Research for Women (ICRW) called Quality of Care (QoC), to be used to collect critical information about customer satisfaction in clinics in Ethiopia. This application can be deployed in multiple languages and has text-to-speech capabilities for accessibility. * The application uses Azure Windows services that allows the application to run with or without internet and integrates data seamlessly when synchronized (C#, Windows 8.1 Application, Azure).

* Designed, developed, tested and deployed web applications for the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) at the Treasury Department. The applications managed the life cycle of the grants and loans awarded to institutions improving the US’ most distressed communities. These applications are directly responsible for the management of over $400 million every year and ensure each award’s multi-year compliance of CDFI Fund policies to be reported to the US congress annually. * Implemented and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), led the tasks to satisfy data security and privacy requirements, managed and executed on/off boarding processes, performed security workplace inspections and coordinated corrective actions.* Received 2nd quarter IBM Service Excellence Award (SEA) FY2012 for outstanding individual performance. * Supported Project Management Office (PMO) for the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) at the Department of Agriculture, by delivering a tailored implementation of the Project Management Process by PMI (PMP). * Coordinated Certification & Accreditation (C&A) process for the FSIS for 10+ applications to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity regulations by conducting annual assessments and security vulnerabilities mutation.

* Designed, developed and deployed a web based application that handled the monitoring, evaluation and training of representatives in multiple call centers. As a result, the call center increased its efficiency by reducing human error. The system increased the quality of the call center by daily coalescing the results of all evaluators allowing supervisors to actively train the representatives that required it the most.
