As the Chief Operating Officer at the National Abortion Federation (NAF), I oversee the operations and performance of a leading organization that supports, protects, and advocates for abortion providers and patients. With more than 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, and program management, I combine strategic and operational expertise with the ability to deliver results and drive change.My core competencies include building, improving, and managing operations and high-performing teams and developing and implementing organizational planning, budgeting, communications, and vendor management processes. I also have a strong background in marketing communications, new business development, and goal setting, which I leveraged in my previous roles at the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and Penn Medicine. Additionally, I hold a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Solutions (DEIS) Certificate from OHUB, which reflects my commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging within NAF and the broader abortion care community.
