Veronica is a marketer & strategic Executive with 20 years of domestic and international experience in leading media, entertainment, integrated communication and business consulting companies. She started her career in consulting services, starting as Auditor in PwC, up to play a key role as Project Manager in Value Team (now NTT Data), working for Intesa San Paolo Group. In 2009 joined RCS Media Group as International Business Development Manager, setting business and sales strategies of Yacht & Sail network across EMEA. In 2011 she has been appointed Head of Marketing & Operations of the RCS Italian TV portfolio, driving marcomms activities of channels and successfully reorganizing structure, processes and operations functions. In 2013 as Head of New Digital Business has taken the responsibility about the development of digital ventures and startups for the group. In 2014 was appointed as Chief Business Development Officer of YAM112003, communication agency and production factory implemented an effective business strategy that rapidly brought a triple digit growth, positioning the company as top-player in the market. Joining Endemol Shine Group in 2018 as Director of Commercial Strategy, Veronica has started to oversee the strategic business development, marketing and partnerships activities of the company in the Italian market, with a strong focus on digital projects, branded entertainment and monetization of TV global franchises such as MasterChef, Big Brother, The Wall, All Together now, Celebrity Hunted and Peaky blinders.After Banijay’s acquisition, she began Commercial Strategy Director and led all commercial and digital activities of the thirteen companies of the Italian branch.Now in Italy,she is the Head of Consumer products in Netflix and follow titles like Stranger things, Bridgerton, La casa de Papel, Squid Game.Over the years has been frequently invited as Speaker at industry conferences and to held seminars at University. From 2009 to 2013 was Committee Member of Confindustria Radio Televisioni. Veronica holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA from Bocconi University. In 2012 she is specialized in Effective Strategies in Media Companies at the Harvard Business School.
