Hi there! My name is Veronica Gnaman and I'm a People Analytics Partner who helps teams navigate the best ways to use people data to enable their HR teams to make data-informed decisions. In my current role, I have managed a wide variety of projects including designing a strategic workforce planning dashboard, building tooling for a DEI Analytics Strategy, presenting a future vision of People Analytics, and designing a People Analytics Data Governance Operating Model.Before joining Deloitte, I was a founding member of Netflix’s People Analytics team, where I designed and launched the company’s first-ever Global Employee Survey, designed a diversity dashboard for our Inclusion Recruiting Programs Team, and partnered with leaders across Talent to conduct analyses on employee engagement, attrition, and inclusion. I have a BA in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from New York University. I am also a conservatory trained violinist, half-marathon runner, and tech enthusiast. I am a dual US and FR citizen and fluent in French. Happy to connect!
