Veronica is currently working as the Conference and Event Manager at Nectar Creative Communications, an award winning PCO, based in Brisbane. She works with seven to eight clients at one time, producing large scale summits, assemblies, conferences and hybrid gatherings. Previous to this, Veronica worked with Multicultural Australia as their Major Event Manager.Before this Veronica was an Executive at WLA, WTAA, WLNZ and ASAM, responsible for the continual development and delivery of events and relationships.Before starting with the WTAA Group, she completed her 3 year full time Business Degree (Majoring Event Management) whilst working full time as an Event and Product consultant with Kellybrook Winery.Before this she worked over a 7 year period in the UK, Netherlands and Canada in a diverse range of leadership roles and projects. She also spent time volunteering in Mexico with a children's orphanage.Veronica is a natural leader, loyal to clients and thier purpose. She enjoys working at the 'sharp end' of the team where the action is taking place.Veronica is outgoing and someone who likes to make things happen, by organising people and resources so ideas, discussions, and experiments are turned into action. She is an important person to have on a team to ensure attention is focused on results.She puts a heavy emphasis on getting the job done in an efficient and effective way. It is her practical thinking and desire to make things happen that is the key to the way she works. She can be counted on to get projects underway and completed.Veronica does not easily let obstacles get in her way. In the jungle of work, she clears a path which is as straight as possible.
