Veronica’s background, which extends from Fortune 500 to small cap companies, as well as “Big 4” public accounting, includes a broad range of investor relations, public relations, corporate communications and finance-related achievements that have had longstanding impact on the organizations served. She has led investor and corporate communication programs for three public companies as well as strategic communications and reporting for the national headquarters of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Extended experience in these and other roles has encompassed IR or PR program development, rebuilding corporate reputation, investor base transitions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, proxy contests, debt financing, C-level communications and transitions, website design and content writing, video production, case study and research-based communications, event planning and content development and serving as the primary spokesperson for media, analysts and other constituencies. Veronica’s skills as a business communicator extend from her early career in finance-related roles. As a CPA, she spent a combined fifteen years in public accounting, including Ernst & Young, and corporate taxation (IKON Office Solutions). A member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 1998, Veronica also served as President of the Philadelphia Chapter of NIRI.
