I increased my role scope three times while at Goodreads, leading teams across business, technology and operations during times of immense internal change and challenging external factors. I rebuilt the executive team by making key senior hires and increasing the scope for top performers. I was responsible for the company's P&L, three-year plans and annual operating plans. Prior to Goodreads, I held senior leadership roles at Pandora in their Advertising organization, where I managed sales technology operations, client services and ad operations.
