I am an aspiring Dietitian studying Applied Dietetics Practice at Harding University. I am a lover of all things food, nutrition, and health. I still remember the meals shared around a table with people I loved from childhood. The feelings and relationships food has provided me have only grown over the years. This has inspired me to want to focus on women’s hormonal health as well as athletic performance by using food as an avenue to educate women about how truly nourishing food can be.
