Innovative Solutions Insurance Services, is an independent brokerage insurance agency that partners with independent agents and registered reps identifying the most appropriate insurance solutions for clients. We work closely with our clients to thoroughly understand their business, current strengths and weaknesses, as well as plans for the future. My primary responsibility is managing and overseeing the New Business department, with 6 direct reports, that consists of case managers, case coordinators, and licensing coordinators. In addition, I manage key projects and implement procedures to streamline the overall agency operations.
