Senior Producer
Current- Leading the planning and execution of creative projects for client groups in the digital space by creating strategic timelines and mapping milestones for projects across integrated marketing campaigns, digital products (app & web), branded content, design systems, and digital user experiences. - Establishing and evolving organizational systems for cross-disciplinary teams of strategists, graphic designers, copywriters, researchers and developers. I remediate risks and blockers and track priorities, providing space for teams to create while staying nimble and adapting as project needs evolve.- Facilitating cross-disciplinary project meetings and socialize decisions, outcomes, action items, and goals with clear documentation, keeping project artifacts organized and updated. - Defining scope and deliverables with stakeholders and maintain alignment across partners, teams, and disciplines throughout project lifecycles with strategic and clear communication.
