I am inspired and curious as to the evolution of the human spirit and the astounding capacity of our brain to rewire itself. Being there to inspire and support others to stretch, challenge and discover the best version of themselves, is the greatest gift to my own learning.My life has been driven by a constant thirst for learning and experience. From cruising and living aboard our yacht, raising family, developing 2 businesses over nearly 3 decades, striking out in new directions. All of this fuels my passion for exploring both the wonders of the natural world and the journey to the inner worlds of head, heart, and spirit. Coaching from a Gestalt perspective takes what I have previously known on to an exciting emergent path, moving into a holistic and contemporary approach for organisational and individual change. Relational intelligence being at the centre of my focus, while working toward a present-centered sustainable environment. For me, this is a new level-up of the coaching paradigm and allows me to bring about more personal depth and a broader self- understanding to my clients.
