Sutter Physician Services – supporting a network of hospitals and physicians in Northern California.  Sutter Health includes some of the most respected physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in Northern California, all working together to provide the care patients deserve. Disease Management*Experienced project management skills aid in developing a Wellness program which meets organizational strategic goals. Outreach and enrolled over 1000 English and Spanish Speaking clients into the program.*Supported evolving Wellness Program by creating, designing and implementing innovative processes, while increasing effectiveness and efficiency within budget. Created, directed and implemented a Group Coaching program which improved overall Wellness Program and prove to be affective for the 625 new clients.*Lead marketing programs to engage and motivate clients. Continuously improved marketing material to inform and engage Sutter Physicians and new clients. Engaging Spanish speaking patients with appropriate marketing content writing communications. *Developed and implemented enrollment process to engage clients, to include sustainable actions and to experience a new way of wellbeing, improving enrollment by 34%.
