Implementation Analyst
CurrentCoordinate directly with U.S. clients to understand card program set up requirements, facilitate new card program installations, conversions, and maintenance requests without customer impact. Search for operational opportunities to increase service quality and efficiencies. Manage non-routine, complex processing and change requests, leading internal and external teams using project management best practices to ensure delivery on commitments. Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to Visa management on a regular basis, and client management dependent on project type. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk and issues logs. Project lead for various internal initiatives on cross departmental process improvements. Project lead on card program deconversions, mentoring implementation and account managers on process and timing. Create, update, and enhance internal support documents to assist internal and external partners. Responsible for own work flow assignments and to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
