Drive the Apple Online Store Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various Portfolios. Provide guidance $ drive processes and services to help AOS project teams manage and deploy releases into production. Manage implementation of release processes for the progression of code in the test, stage and production environments. This includes managing Change Requests after branch lock down and any post production change requests via the CCB process. Manage and direct implementation of complex requirements which include VM's, DB's, infrastructure, applications, Mobile Apps, SAAS and cloud based lower environments including technical integration activities. Implement security, networking, storage, monitoring, back up and recovery processes for delivered infrastructure. Including but not limited to managing Data Center migrations. Manage project resources, planning, schedule, scope, requirements, issues, risks, and budget for achieving successful implementations of key infrastructure and IT Operations components of business or IT application initiatives. Coordinate work across the global VMware organization and with outside vendors.

Drive and manage new applications into the HP Production environment while leveraging project management lifecycles, software development lifecycles, change management and support readiness lifecycles from conception through delivery on time within budget and with quality. Drive the decommissioning of applications that are targeted for sunset and no longer required while working within the Global Application Change and Records Information Management processes. Lead& implemented ticketing processes improvements for the post production period which identified issues that were specific to the Tier 1 Releases. Maintain & administer Application Management Lifecycle tool (ALM) for all current and future releases, Provide issue management training to world wide teams regarding the ALM tool. Provide guidance on all release management processes and procedures. Coordinate the world wide contact lists and manage the email distribution lists for all teams. Provide support & technical direction as needed to release management and other WW teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Support the Hewlett Packard Passport department with project administration and coordination. Manage release dashboard by coordinating, tracking, and communicating multiple Project and Integration Release schedules. Project Manage sub projects/releases from inception through production. Track project progress per the eBusiness Project Life Cycle and HP Passport deliverables by weekly meetings with Project Managers and bi weekly sign off meetings with Executive Sponsors. Report projects status and accomplishments using the Project Management tracking tool (Teamplay). Schedule and host multiple meetings and other miscellaneous tasks.

Work as team as a member in software configuration management / CD build and release team. Apply in depth knowledge to support SCM teams policies / processes and ensure that customers policies, programs, and processes are understood. Drive product development teams to make continuous process / product improvements through root cause analysis, preventative process implementation and industry/corporate best practices. Work with cross functional teams to identify, maintain, and roll out schedule dates for all current and future CD releases. Release final software product for global shipment. Train and act as primary contact for any submit, build, and release issues for large R&D lab. Troubleshoot and resolve ClearCase user issues. Centralize all pre-regression testing to one team which reduced software build/release times significantly. Implement system upgrades to reduce build time cycles. Introduce and roll out submittal processes which reduce re-builds and produce significantly lower submittal issues. Manage, track, and ensure that all software and hardware equipment were acquired for regression testing. Establish, monitor, and publish software release metrics.Manage and develop lab requirements by working with system teams.

Work in Software configuration team as a member for the CD Build and Release team. Execute Navigator CD Builds for testing and product release. Coordinate Software Submittals for CD builds. Build and release all product CDs per the published schedule dates. Provide first level of troubleshooting for CD submittals, builds, and regression testing that includes assisting in debugging any software or Clearcase issues. Analyze, plan, execute pre-regression software testing for NT servers and logged issues as appropriate. Produce documented test plans for pre-regressions testing. Produce and communicate detailed build reports to keep division informed of status and issues, changes to build schedules. Set up and maintain test lab hardware and software configuration and upgrades if needed. Back up for Software Release Manager. Work in a fast and interrupt driven environment.
