Led La Luz Center's development program, strategy, and communications. Managed day-to-day responsibilities to achieve La Luz Center's annual development goals in the following areas: Donor contributions, Foundation/Government Grants, Legacy Gifts/Endowments, and Annual Appeal with an annual goal of ~$2.2M.
