Veronica worked with high net worth international families, together with their investment, legal and tax advisers in order to understand the family’s needs for estate planning, wealth preservation and management of their multi-jurisdictional assets, providing corporate trustee and company management services offered by Amicorp Group.As the head of the US West Coast and Mexican market, she mainly focused on creating long term and trust based relationships with the families and their advisers. She believes that in order to create such relationships, families must be well understood by all those advising on and supporting the management of their wealth. Though her work with the Amicorp Group, Veronica promoted corporate and trust management services, private wealth and estate planning structures, real estate property management vehicles, corporate, asset and project finance structures as well as financial services and private equity funds administration, using multiple jurisdictions. She also supported operating businesses structure their inbound and outbound investments to/from Latin America as well as reorganizing their international presence. Since she relocated to San Diego in 2011 she held different positions such as Sales Director and Marketing Manager.

Veronica worked with privately and publicly owned companies as well as with their legal and tax advisers in order to implement and manage domestic trust structures. She negotiated and closed sophisticated/built to suit trusts structures that enabled cross-border transactions.She was responsible for the team of relationship managers devoted to the portfolio of clients with real estate projects throughout the country (top tier companies and law firms).

Veronica opened and planned the goals and strategy of the Trustee Division in Mexico. She was responsible for managing all legal matters of the trust portfolio, bondholder’s mandates and commercial escrows.Veronica negotiated, coordinated and closed cross-border trustee transactions representing approximately $8.5 billion dollars assets and foreign investment in Mexico, through securities, real estate properties, shares and other instruments.She drafted and negotiated domestic trust agreements and all related commercial and legal agreements.
