How can we enhance the performance of individuals and teams in organizations? What new behavioral research can we apply that will make an immediate difference in results? What knowledge do leaders need that can be developed and deployed quickly through controlled experimentation?These and related questions drive my work as an experienced research scientist and data analyst. I seek opportunities where I can apply my skills and experience and make a significant contribution. Ideally, this would include running experiments, analyzing the resulting data, and discovering new insights about human behavior.Specific research interests include neuroeconomics, behavioral economics, and their applications to business, marketing, and management. I have completed multiple projects that explore the underlying physiology of people watching ads and their subsequent purchasing and donation behaviors. Currently, I am exploring neurophysiology of people who choose (or decline) to adopt an algorithm: An important topic with our increased use and dependence on automation. I am also investigating how physiology, economics, and psychology help explain and predict individual and group performance in organizations. In addition, I have experience studying how open and trusting culture facilitates innovation and overall business success.
