As a Senior Project Manager I manage complex national and regional projects. I’m CMI Certified Professional Manager and MEIRC Certified Professional Manager.Within the scope of my tasks and responsibilities I have role in developing policy recommendations and strategic documents, trainings and capacity building programs, policy analysis, manuals and guidelines for different stakeholders, such as universities, judiciary, line ministries, public bodies and NGOs. I have extensive research and publication work in the field of Economics, Business and EU law. I have co-authored the first university textbook EU Law after the Lisbon Treaty and the first glossary on EU terminology.I was responsible for - delivering 37 trainings for 320 civil servants to improve drafting skills and 23 trainings for 197 civil servants to improve and increase the level of implementation of the transposition of the EU acquis; - delivery of 7 trainings on company law, public procurement law and contract and consumer protection law and trained 180 judges and public prosecutors from various courts of competence and prosecution offices; - delivery of 18 trainings with total of 391 participants on contract and consumer related issues;- delivery training for 170 notaries from the Western Balkan countries in cooperation with UINL and FAO; - delivery of 3 regional training modules in collaboration with the European Consumer Organisation (BEUC) on collective redress, management of proceedings and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); - delivery of regional trainings for diplomats in EU Negotiations, EU Lobbying and Diplomatic Correspondence, Chapter 24: Visa and Migration Policy, Economic Governance, Energy Union, Macro-regional Initiatives, Common Foreign and Security Policy, EU Political Criteria and Chapters 23 and 24; - delivery of trainings on competition and merger control for enterprises, business entities, entrepreneurs and managers; and - delivery series of trainings on Trade dispute settlement; Liberalization of trade in services; Rules of origin of goods; Tariffs, quotas and voluntary export restraints; and Regional agreements under WTO rules.I am ECQA Certified EU Project Manager and have extensive expertise in EU funding (HORIZON, IPA and ERASMUS) and in the field of academic cooperation (research, innovation, exchange, mobility) and economic development (entrepreneurship, local and regional economic development). My mission is to contribute to the advancement of the rule of law, democracy, and human rights in the region and beyond.
