Checking the delivery time, POs, project durations, vacancies. Building our IT resource pool and searching for possible projects and places for our competencies, creating solutions for clients and taking into consideration their business strategies and plans. - Definition, creation and summary of targets and aims- Key member of the team, key account for the management and sales members- SPOC for the key clients - Technical leading of the team(4-5members), coordination of day to day operational tasks. - Colligate and motivate the recruitment team- Work out new sourcing strategy- Reach the highest level of client satisfaction and team performance and ensure the qualitative delivery - Make suggestions and proposals for operation and recruit process - Benchmark of the recruitment team- Give transparency about the numbers, clients and people for the management- Participation in planning (KPI,SLA)- Set targets and day-to-day priorities, evaluate results and share lessons learned- Engage with the client to understand needs, to ensure appropriate strategies are aligned and put in place- Give feedback about the team members’ performance, achievements and capacity (daily, monthly, terminally)- Representative of the Recruitment Team in meetings (sales meeting, operational meeting- Responsible for selection of new team members- Job posting and recruiting tasks (searching and screening as well)

- Support the agency entire recruiting processes for the clients- Create job advertisements, posted on internal and external job boards - Identify and screen candidates, schedule interviews- Organize recruiting events to identify candidates- Prepare weekly, monthly reports- Provide excellent and accurate administration in HR system (Mediator)- Support in onboarding processes
