- Definition, creation and summary of targets and aims- Key member of the team, key account for the management and sales members- SPOC for the key clients - Technical leading of the team(4-5members), coordination of day to day operational tasks. - Colligate and motivate the recruitment team- Work out new sourcing strategy- Reach the highest level of client satisfaction and team performance and ensure the qualitative delivery - Make suggestions and proposals for operation and recruit process - Benchmark of the recruitment team- Give transparency about the numbers, clients and people for the management- Participation in planning (KPI,SLA)- Set targets and day-to-day priorities, evaluate results and share lessons learned- Engage with the client to understand needs, to ensure appropriate strategies are aligned and put in place- Give feedback about the team members’ performance, achievements and capacity (daily, monthly, terminally)- Representative of the Recruitment Team in meetings (sales meeting, operational meeting- Responsible for selection of new team members- Job posting and recruiting tasks (searching and screening as well)
