Although I was experienced in the UK payroll, I needed to be trained for the Irish as well (at IPP Dublin - The Irish Payroll Association) and learn how to lead a team. It was a bumpy road. Thanks to my original profession of being an accountant, I was chosen to work closely with the SAP consultant with the posting to accounting issues.
