Veronique is a Black, with a capital B, cis-gender woman who founded Ampersand Workspace to turn race and gender theory into actionable steps through speaking engagements, workshops, trainings, facilitated discussions, and custom services. She speaks on the nuances of race and gender in American society today, to help shape our mindsets and enact anti-racist and gender-inclusive values within our daily lives. Veronique capitalizes on her years of experience as a Black American woman, background in International Development, and research in American studies and culture.
