Lead the PR & Digital team (15 people) in 4 countries. To build up the Hungarian digital team from scratch. To be responsible for the advertising, PR, CSR, e-commerce and content strategies. The coordination of the actions, executions among the team members.

Responsible for the Hungarian advertising, PR & CSR strategies. Doing the daily PR work (coordinate the agencies, hold press conferences, act as a spokesperson etc.). Responsible for the social media channels, BTL activities and PR events of Avon. Make presentations and reports for the top management. People management: one direct report.CSR: Well-known for our efforts in fighting breast cancer, Avon Hungary started working on its domestic violence strategy in 2010. Two years into the execution of the plans, by joining a civil initiative, I am proud that the company and its stakeholders managed to persuade the Hungarian parliament to pass legislation outlawing domestic violence in Hungary.

Managed several projects for our clients mainly from the field of FMCG (Dove, Rexona, Starbucks etc.) but I also had the chance to work for OTP and the European Parliament. During my carrier at Café PR I have been involved in integrated projects, those helped me to get an understanding on ATL and BTL communications as well.General PR tasks: participating in tenders, holding presentations, moderating and organizing events, handling the media contacts etc.Working with and lead 2-3 assistants/junior accounts.
