The clinic is designed to be cost effective, promote quality healthcare, improve the patient experience and be flexible and adaptable to meet future needs or programs.

Houston Methodist Hospital, North Tower Project – VIP Floor, Houston, TXThis high profile floor containing 27 beds with 6 suites, amenities include a 24 hour chef kitchen, high tech security system, concierge services, and family areas for groups accompanying patients. Patient demographic targeted overseas patients and dignitaries. Acute Care Patent Room Mock-Up, Houston, TXThis high profile project was used to guide decisions of the North Tower Project Acute and ICU patient rooms. Full scale, full finish, operable mock-up had over 700 users review and survey. Results from mock-up guided senior leadership decisions in project. Task light study was carried out to determine final fixtures in Nurse work zone, medicine dispensing zone, and charting zones.Houston Methodist Hospital, North Tower Project, Houston, TXThis new patient tower in the Texas Medical Center will replace patient beds in Houston Methodist Hospital’s original Main building and add highly advanced heart and neurosurgery operating rooms. The 960,000 sf inpatient tower, which will be located next to Houston Methodist Hospital, will have capacity for 390 beds (including 102 intensive care beds), expanded operating suites,hybrid suites, and a dedicated cardiology floor with 14 interventional catheterization labs. The new high-tech operating rooms will dramatically expand Houston Methodist’s ability to provide image-guided heart and brain procedures allowing for minimally invasive treatment of conditions that once required open surgery.

Responsibilities include budgeting store income for 300 stores, identifying tenants by store demographics and to complement H-E-B offerings, writing and negotiating lease agreements, approving tenant buildout drawings, coordinating buildout with building systems department, and managing facilitation of tenant opening. Launched program and individually contributed multimillion to the net profit of the company for 2011.Recognized the opportunity to reduce construction costs through more effective management of costly change orders. Facilitated meetings between leasing, construction, and design departments proposing collaboration on issues that added cost to construction projects. Created schedule to transmit information and then developed and implemented checklists for design, construction, and buildout of lease spaces.
