I joined Soemadipradja in 2014 as a Senior Associate after working for many years with the Indonesia Competition Commission (i.e. KPPU).I have been practicing law for more than 15 years with a focus on Indonesian competition law, specializing in M&A transactions, cartel conduct, monopolies, abuse of dominant position, distribution and vertical restraints and procurement processes.At the KPPU, I served as an investigator, the Head of the Regional Office in Medan, the Head of the Investigation Division and the Head of the Foreign Cooperation Division.As a former main drafter of KPPU investigation business process and case handling procedure, I understand deeply the background of case handling procedure and regulation within. As a prime investigator on merger control, I have reviewed many high profile transactions in several industries. Therefore, I can give advice to clients/companies/business actors when dealing with Indonesian Merger & Acquisition regulation or dealing with other related competition law and advisory services. Particular good knowledge in finance, banking, investment, and health, and has been assigned in various respective teams as a chief or member of teams.
